Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a Window & Door Sales Advisor (Design Consultant) to guide homeowners through product choices and investments at their kitchen-table conversations. This role blends design with consultative selling, earning trust and closing on the spot.

You'll work non-traditional hours to align with homeowners' availability, bringing training and support from our team, while aiming for exceptional results and personal growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
