Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a production worker to assemble windows and support manufacturing on first shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM). Base pay starts at $19.00 per hour.

You will maintain a safe, clean work area and assist production while being open to cross-training and PPE compliance. The role requires 1-2 years of manufacturing or related experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, plus a strong attendance mindset and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or construction experience preferred.
• Reading a tape measure is required.
• Daily commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows for customers by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches and drills.
• Maintain a safe/clean work environment and utilizing safe work practices in all job projects.
• Assist production and open to being cross-trained.
• PPE compliance.
