Qualifications

• 2+ years in an end user help desk support role.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Windows domain management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer issues quickly.
• Knowledge of basic networking for troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and problem resolution support to staff for Windows-based computers and systems.
• First point of contact for end user support and escalation as needed.
• Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and password management.
• Apply OS patches and updates; ensure security compliance.
• Support information security policies and user training on IT policies.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures; assist with PC builds.
