Berkshirejobs is seeking a Systems / Applications Administrator to provide frontline IT support for MountainOne Financial staff. You will resolve Windows-based issues, manage user accounts, and help maintain security policies across the organization.

The role requires 2+ years in a help desk, experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, and Office 365, plus strong communication and teamwork to assist staff and participate in IT projects.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in an end-user help desk support role.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Windows domain.
• Familiarity with basic networking and security policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance and problem resolution support to staff for Microsoft Windows based computers, peripherals, and systems.
• First point of contact for end user support.
• Administer Active Directory.
• Maintain system integrity through updates and patches.
• Oversee antivirus updates and remediation.
• Build and/or rebuild PCs, set up workstations, install and configure printers.
• Educate staff on IT policies and security.
