Accent Drapery Co., Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Window Treatment Installer to join our hands-on team. You will measure, cut, and install blinds, draperies, shutters, and related hardware in commercial, healthcare, and residential settings.

This role emphasizes precision craftsmanship and safe, high-quality installations. You’ll work weekdays 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, require a valid driver’s license, and coordinate with our office on scheduling and material needs.

Qualifications

Experience in window treatment installation or related trade.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently across multiple job sites.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Professional, courteous demeanor when working in clients' homes or businesses.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work at heights.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install a variety of custom window treatments including blinds, roll shades, shutters, draperies, and curtain rods.
Conduct on-site assessments to determine proper mounting and installation methods.
Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards.
Communicate professionally with clients during in-home or commercial installations.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
Coordinate with the office team on scheduling, job details, and material needs.
