Accent Drapery Co., Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Window Treatment Installer to join our hands-on team. You will measure, cut, and install blinds, draperies, shutters, and related hardware in commercial, healthcare, and residential settings.

This role emphasizes precision craftsmanship and safe, high-quality installations. You’ll work weekdays 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, require a valid driver’s license, and coordinate with our office on scheduling and material needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in window treatment installation or related trade.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently across multiple job sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional, courteous demeanor when working in clients' homes or businesses.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install a variety of custom window treatments including blinds, roll shades, shutters, draperies, and curtain rods.
• Conduct on-site assessments to determine proper mounting and installation methods.
• Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients during in-home or commercial installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
• Coordinate with the office team on scheduling, job details, and material needs.
