Job summary

Custom-Decorators, Inc. is seeking an Install Technician for interior window treatments. This contractor role involves scheduling installations, taking precise measurements, and delivering professional service for Hunter Douglas products.

The installer will receive products, verify condition, and coordinate with clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction. Experience with blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery is preferred; a strong customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products when requested (including shutters).
• Receive product at your location and verify condition upon arrival.
• Professionally represent HD RLN and retail partners.
• Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
