Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) seeks an experienced Install Technician for interior window treatments in Sandusky, OH. This is a 1099 contractor role handling installation of blinds, shutters and drapery, coordinating schedules and measuring on-site.

You will represent HD RLN and our partners, verify product arrival and resolve issues while delivering top-tier customer service. Bi-weekly payments and field support are included.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Current liability insurance or willingness to obtain.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters.
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition.
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners.
• Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
