You will conduct on-site assessments, ensure installations are level and secure, and communicate professionally with clients. Valid driver’s license required; ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in window treatment installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional, courteous demeanor when working in clients' homes or businesses.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work at heights using ladders and/or scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install a variety of custom window treatments including blinds, roll shades, shutters, draperies, and curtain rods
• Conduct on-site assessments to determine proper mounting and installation methods
• Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards
• Communicate professionally with clients during in-home or commercial installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order
• Coordinate with the office team on scheduling, job details, and material needs
