Job summary
Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network is urgently seeking an Install Technician - Interior Window Treatments for a contractor role in Rutland, VT. You will schedule installations, take precise measurements, receive shipments, and represent the company with professionalism.
The position offers flexible scheduling, bi-weekly payments, and support from installation and product experts to assist you in the field. Prior experience with Hunter Douglas blinds, shutters, and drapery is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience and proven measuring skills.
- Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
- Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
- Leaves positive and lasting impressions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Current liability insurance or willingness to obtain.
- Possess all applicable state and local licenses.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
- Conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters when requested.
- Receive product at your location and verify condition.
- Represent HD RLN and retail partners professionally.
- Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
