Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network is seeking an Install Technician to install interior window treatments in Bennington, VT as a 1099 contractor. The role involves scheduling installations, taking precise measurements (including shutters), and ensuring product delivery and quality.

You will represent the company and its retail partners while delivering exceptional service. Candidates should have extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery, plus strong

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Leaves positive and lasting impressions; strong organizational skills.
• Possess liability insurance or willing to obtain.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer
• Conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service
