Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network has an opportunity for an experienced Install Technician to join our interior window treatments team in Dickson City, PA. This is a 1099 contract role focused on in-home installation, measurements, and client satisfaction.

You will schedule installations, measure products (including shutters), receive shipments, and represent HD RLN professionally while delivering excellent service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Leaves positive and lasting impressions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website.
• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters.
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition.
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners.
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service.
