Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) seeks an experienced Install Technician for interior window treatments in Cincinnati, OH. This contractor-1099 role involves coordinating installations, taking precise measurements, and ensuring on-time delivery and professional setup.

You will represent HD RLN and our retail partners, handle product receipt, verify condition, and resolve issues while delivering top-tier customer service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Leaves positive and lasting impressions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, uploading to websites.
• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products when requested.
• Receive product at your location and verify condition.
