Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network in St. Cloud, MN is seeking an Install Technician - Interior Window Treatments on a 1099 contractor basis.

The role involves scheduling, coordinating, and performing precise window measurements and installation for blinds, shutters, and drapery, with home-owner interactions and professional presentation. You will receive product shipments, verify condition, and work with HD RLN and retail partners while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Measuring skills for products such as shutters and blinds.
• Experience installing blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Leaves positive and lasting impressions with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Basic computer skills (email, printing, scanning, uploading).
• Possess or obtain liability insurance.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products, including shutters.
• Receive product at your location and verify condition.
• Represent HD RLN and our retail partners professionally.
• Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
