Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of one year of window covering installation experience.
• Motorized shade installation and programming experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with brands such as Hunter Douglas, Mecho, Somfy, or similar manufacturers is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use standard installation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry window coverings, ladders, and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
