Job summary

HD RLN has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer. Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer.

Responsibilities include measuring for products, receiving stock, representing HD RLN and partners, and resolving issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Leaves positive and lasting impressions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website.
• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.
