Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking a Window Sales Specialist in Charlotte, NC to present and sell window products and build relationships in the local community. The role involves training store personnel and maintaining builder awareness of product features and benefits.

The position focuses on relationship building, accurate estimates, on-time orders, and collaboration with OSRs to maximize sales opportunities within the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in building materials and window products.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience in individual or group training is a plus.
• Decision making and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops customer relationships and determines customer needs.
• Maintains and increases the sales of window products.
• Gives presentations to builders and provides expert advice on product features and benefits.
• Prepares estimates for these products and ensures that they are ordered and shipped on time.
• Works closely with OSRs to analyze sales opportunities and assistance on the jobsite.
