Carter Lumber is seeking a Window Sales Specialist to present and sell window products and build relationships with customers in the community. The role includes training store personnel and keeping builders aware of product offerings. Strong sales focus and customer service mindset are essential.

The position emphasizes collaboration with OSRs, providing expert product guidance, and delivering timely estimates and orders to support project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in building materials industry.
• Experience selling window products.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer service.
• Training experience is a plus.
• Decision making abilities and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Develops customer relationships and determines customer needs.
• Responsible for maintaining and increasing the sales of window products.
• Gives presentations to builders and provides expert advice on product features and benefits.
• Prepares estimates for these products and ensures that they are ordered and shipped on time.
• Works closely with OSRs to analyze sales opportunities and assistance on the jobsite.
