Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Dallas is seeking a 1st Shift Quality Control Technician III to monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished windows against specifications and quality standards.

You will document results, analyze data, support corrective actions, calibration of inspection tools, and partner with production teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality products. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of quality inspection in manufacturing; window/building products preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and product specs.
• Experience with quality documentation and NCR processes.
• Proficient with inspection tools and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify specs.
• Perform inspections on window frames, sashes, glass units, and hardware.
• Document inspection results, audits, and nonconformances accurately.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Support investigations and corrective and preventive actions.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools for accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Provide quality coaching to production associates as needed.
