Job summary

Renuity is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to join our nationwide home improvement network. The role involves installing remodeling products, ensuring finish work, and obtaining final homeowner approval for payments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in remodeling or carpentry, strong customer service skills, and own a vehicle to transport materials. We offer year-round work, paid training, and weekly direct deposits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, impact windows, stucco patch work, caulking.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance (state exemption).
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle van, or enclosed trailer to haul materials.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
