Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking an Installer to join our national team. This 1099 contractor role involves installing home remodeling products to Mad City standards, with a focus on quality finish work and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with management to finalize payments and ensure homeowner happiness at project close. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in remodeling or carpentry, knowledge of baths/windows/kitchens, and holds an established LLC or business

Qualifications

3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
Established LLC or Business.
Worker's comp and Liability insurance.
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for every application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
