Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to join our team. The role involves installing home remodeling products, finishing work as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction at project end.

You will coordinate with management to authorize final payments and complete homeowner checklists. The position offers year-round work and training, with strong earning potential through a performance-based pay model.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential window installation - pocket/replacement windows.
• Experience bending metal and wrapping exterior frame of window.
• Must have an EIN with established LLC or Business.
• Must have general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Preferred crew size is 2 or more; preferred crew has own enclosed van, shuttle, or trailer.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
