Job summary

Renuity is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to perform home remodeling installations across a national footprint. The role emphasizes delivering quality finish work, superior customer service, and adherence to company standards on every site.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of remodeling or carpentry experience, knowledge of replacement windows, and possess required insurance and vehicle access to transport materials to job sites.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, impact windows, stucco patch work, caulking.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance (state exemption).
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle van, or enclosed trailer (must haul material to job site).
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
