Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to join our growing national network. You will install home remodeling products following our standards, apply finish work as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction at project completion.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of remodeling or carpentry experience, knowledge of residential window installation, and the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential window installation - pocket/replacement windows.
• Experience bending metal and wrapping exterior frame of window.
• Must have an EIN with established LLC or Business.
• Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance.
• Preferred crew size is 2 or more.
• Preferred crew has their own enclosed van, shuttle, or trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
