Job summary

Mad City Windows is hiring a 1099 Window Installer to perform installation of home remodeling products following our standards and procedures. This role requires a proven background in remodeling and knowledge of residential windows, with emphasis on quality finish work and customer interaction.

Ideal candidates own a suitable vehicle (van/box/truck), have liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and can communicate effectively with homeowners and management to ensure satisfaction and

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

About the Role

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every application

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

Key Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience

• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking

• Established LLC or Business running under EIN

• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance

• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer

• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
