Job summary

Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, is hiring a 1099 Window Installer to install home remodeling products and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires accurate finish work and adherence to company standards during each installation.

Ideal candidates have proven remodeling experience, a valid LLC or business, and proper insurance coverage. This contractor position offers year-round work with guaranteed projects and competitive earnings.

Qualifications

• 4 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential window installation, replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking experience.
• Must have brake to bend metal.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Cargo van, shuttle, or enclosed trailer - must be able to haul materials.
• Crews of two or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Statewide standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
