Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Installer to install home remodeling products to our standards across projects in the United States. You will apply finish work as required and ensure customer satisfaction by communicating outcomes to management for final payments.

Expect to complete detailed checklists with homeowners at project completion while treating every homeowner and their property with utmost respect.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
