RAPID BATH REMODEL is seeking an experienced Window Installer to join our Southern California team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in installing new windows, with retrofit window experience preferred, and a focus on precise measurements, sealing, and finishing.

Responsibilities include installing new and retrofit windows in residential homes, preparing openings, ensuring level and plumb alignment, and performing interior/exterior finishing while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Experience installing new windows in residences.
• Experience with retrofit windows preferred.
• Ability to measure, level, shim, seal, and install windows correctly.
• Knowledge of flashing, waterproofing, and interior/exterior finishing.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving on site.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Good communication with homeowners.

Rapid Remodel is looking for an experienced Window Installer to join our growing team in the Southern California area!

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and knows how to get the job done right the first time. Experience installing new windows, retrofit windows is preferred.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
