Premier Services Group is seeking skilled window installers for on-site work in Seattle, WA. The role requires hands-on experience with various window types and delivering high-quality replacements from start to finish.

Applicants should have proven residential replacement experience, EPA LRRP certifications, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Insurance and licensing as required by state regulations are essential.

• Proven experience in residential window replacement.
• EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work).
• Ability to complete installs start-to-finish with quality workmanship.

• Reliable transportation.
• Background Check: Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.
• Insurance: Certificate of Insurance listing company as additional insured; workers' comp if you have employees.
• Licensing: Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations.

Scope of Work (Experience Required)

Windows (must have hands-on experience with all):

Nail Flange windows (with trim)

Block Frame windows

Retro Fit / sloped sill windows

Full-frame wood window replacements

Strong knowledge of measuring, removal, prep, flashing, installation, and finish work across these frame types is essential.

Requirements
