Job summary

Star Lumber & Supply Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced window installer to join our Tulsa team. You will perform installation of vinyl windows and doors on new construction and repairs, ensuring code compliance and quality workmanship.

You will load materials, measure and cut, seal and insulate, coordinate with homeowners and builders, and maintain tools while following safety procedures on residential and commercial sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, carpentry, or installation of building materials (doors, windows, trim, or similar products).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with warranty issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in residential/commercial settings.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

  • Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures.
  • Provide professional and positive customer service.
  • Perform warranty inspections and repairs for building materials, including doors, windows, trim, and other installed products.
  • Assess and identify necessary resources, parts, and materials to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage multiple warranty projects while ensuring quality and efficiency.
