We are actively seeking experienced Window & Door replacement installers to join our team. This role is strictly residential replacement work — no new construction and no commercial projects.

Scope of Work (Experience Required)

Windows (must have hands‑on experience with all):

• Nail Flange windows (with trim)
• Block Frame windows
• Retro Fit / sloped sill windows
• Full‑frame wood window replacements

Strong knowledge of measuring, removal, prep, flashing, installation, and finish work across these frame types is essential.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential window & door replacement
• EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre‑1978 work)
• Ability to complete installs start‑to‑finish with quality workmanship
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Reliable transportation

Position Type

• 1099 installers preferred
• W2 may be considered for the right candidate who is fully tooled, outfitted, and has a dedicated vehicle
