Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is hiring an Installer in Myrtle Beach, SC to install windows, siding, doors, and more on residential projects. This role offers high-volume work year-round and all materials provided, with a professional production team to support project success.

You will professionally measure, cut, and fit materials, ensuring craftsmanship and customer satisfaction on every jobsite. A FEIN and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of installation experience in home improvement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physical labor.
• FEIN required; No FEIN a W2 position may be a fit.

Responsibilities

• Measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Fit materials with accuracy for a clean finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on every installation.
• Communicate with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite on every site.
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections with production staff.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report delays promptly.
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner on site.

What You'll Do:

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
• Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site

What You Need:

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)
• A FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number; No FEIN a W2 position may be a fit for you
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
