Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced window and door installers to join our teams of elite craftsmen in Wisconsin. This is a full-time, year-round W2 position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Onsite installation/removal, safe work practices, and customer satisfaction are valued as you bring product knowledge, technique, and quality workmanship to every project. Valid license and ability to lift 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• MUST have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and good driving record.
• At least one year window and door installation experience.
• Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors is a major plus.
• General tool knowledge.
• General knowledge of safety practices.
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
• Must be comfortable with heights and able to work on ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Must be able to work in any type of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors.
• Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation.
