Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Installer in Fargo, ND. Base hourly pay ranges from $20 to $32.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Responsibilities include installing remodeling products, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction at project completion. The role requires 6+ months of remodeling or carpentry experience, window replacement familiarity, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
