Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Kitchen Install helper in Appleton, WI. You will install remodeling products to company standards, and perform finish work as required. You will communicate with management post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and complete carpentry checklists with homeowners at project completion.

The role is field-based with day trips to job sites, typically within driving distance of the home location.

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driverrs license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad Citys standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
