Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Install Tech to join our field-based installation team. You will install home remodeling products, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction on each project.

The role requires 6 months of remodeling or carpentry experience, experience with window replacements, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication with homeowners and crew. Day trips to job sites are common, with most nights at home.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
