Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Install Tech. Earn up to $80,000/yr with a base pay of $20/hr and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role includes installing home remodeling products, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction at project completion. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus opportunities for team collaboration and role advancement across a growing national network.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role
