Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Install Helper to install home remodeling products to Mad City's standards. The role supports finish work, communicates with management after installations, and ensures customer satisfaction through completion checks with homeowners.

The position offers base hourly pay ($20/hr), a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, with opportunities for team collaboration and advancement

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills enabling clear communication with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
