Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. You will install and service windows and doors in homes, traveling to customer sites and providing courteous, solution-focused support.

Ideal candidates have experience as service technicians or finish carpenters, strong customer service, and the ability to work with Apple products. A valid US driver’s license is required, with a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized; comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
