Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Service Technician with a background in carpentry, remodeling, window installation, or related trades. You will work directly with homeowners to assess, install, and service windows and doors, delivering high-quality workmanship.

This role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, organization, and the ability to complete trim work and warranty paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, residential construction, window or door installation, or related skilled trades.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether installation or manufacturing.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
