Job summary

Parr Lumber Company is seeking a Window Service Technician to service windows and doors on customer sites in Fife, WA. You will handle installations, repairs, and issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have experience with wood and vinyl windows, hold a valid driver’s license, and can work independently in a dynamic field environment while communicating clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with wood and vinyl window assembly, installation, and repair.
• Must be able to work with basic math concepts for measurements and estimates.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of window and door products and safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with glass and materials and service windows/doors on sites.
• Review work orders and coordinate with Sales and customers.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Bill and invoice for parts and service as appropriate.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and company vehicle care.
