Job summary

Parr Lumber Company is seeking a Window Install Technician to install windows and doors on customer sites as part of our Legendary Service model. You will review work orders, coordinate with customers, and ensure installations meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has prior window installation experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Expect on-site travel and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Window installation experience with wood/vinyl products.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and handle materials safely.
• High attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors per order/specifications.
• Review work orders and schedule with customers on site.
• Build professional relationships with customers and business partners.
• Respond promptly to customer questions or concerns.
• Load trucks with windows and materials needed for install.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform duties safely.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate repairs or issues to customers to ensure satisfaction.
