Job summary

Avanti Windows & Doors is hiring entry-level and experienced installers to join our growing team in Austin. You’ll learn hands-on window and door installation in new construction homes with paid on-the-job training. This full-time role entails outdoor work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adhering to OSHA safety guidelines.

Starting pay is $17.60 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:00 AM. Benefits include health and other typical company offerings, and opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new trade.
• Team player who communicates well and supports others.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times per day.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders required).
• Commitment to following safety guidelines, including OSHA fall protection.
• Positive attitude and desire to grow with a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors in new construction homes.
• Use cordless drills, levels, and nail guns (training provided).
• Lift, carry, and position materials, including heavy windows and doors.
• Climb ladders and work at heights while following safety procedures.
• Support your team with hands-on labor and problem-solving on job sites.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Show up on time, ready to learn, and ready to contribute every day.
