Renewal by Andersen in Appleton, WI is seeking window and door installers to join our team of craftsmen. This full-time, W2 position offers $17.00–$28.00 hourly and year-round work.

You will perform onsite installation/removal of windows and doors and uphold safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and good driving record.
• Six months of home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors a major plus.
• General tool knowledge.
• General knowledge of safety practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable with heights and able to work on ladders/scaffolding.
• Able to work in any weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors.
• Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation.
