Avanti Windows & Doors is hiring Experienced Installers and Helpers. Join a hands-on team and receive on-the-job training from day one with clear paths to advancement.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday starting at 6 AM. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and more as the company grows.

Qualifications

Staring Pay Rate: $17.75

Hours: Monday - Friday at 6 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Install windows and doors in newly constructed homes.
• Work closely with your team to complete quality installations.
• Communicate job site updates, issues, and improvements clearly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA fall protection procedures.
• Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns
• Climb ladders and work at heights as needed.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Deliver professional service and help manage customer expectations.
