Job summary

Avanti Windows & Doors seeks a Service Tech to install and service windows and doors in newly constructed homes. You will ensure final touch-ups, proper adjustments, and defect-free installations before homeowners occupy the home.

Responsibilities include communicating with homeowners, following safety rules, learning the AIM method, and supporting the team. Starts at 6 AM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' customer service; customer interaction experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and MVR a premium.
• Able to lift 30-100 lbs multiple times daily.
• Willingness to learn AIM method and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Install Avanti window & door products in newly constructed homes.
• Communicate with homeowners and Avanti teammates professionally.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA guidelines on the job site.
• Learn and apply the Avanti Install Method (AIM).
• Start times are 6 AM, Mon–Fri; occasional Saturday availability may be required.
