West Shore Home is hiring a Window and Door Installer in Indianapolis, IN, starting at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The installer will perform safe installations, greet customers, and ensure a 5-star experience while loading from the warehouse and returning with completed paperwork.

The role offers a $23–$25 per hour rate, a $2,000 signing bonus paid in two installments, and benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, an HSA, PTO, and training for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients, and establish rapport.
• Remove old window/door spaces, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, safeguarding the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payments, then return to the warehouse.
