Job summary

West Shore Home in Boston, MA is seeking a Window and Door Installer who will perform safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE protocols.

Starting at 6:30 AM, you will load materials, travel to customer homes, greet clients, install and trim, clean up, and complete paperwork for the warehouse.

The role offers hourly pay of $21–$24, a $1,000 signing bonus, health insurance options, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
