West Shore Home is seeking a Window & Door Installer in Baltimore, MD, starting at 6:30 AM Monday through Friday. The role involves loading materials, traveling to homes, installing replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensuring clean, high‑quality work.

The position offers a $1,000 signing bonus, comprehensive health plans, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. Candidates should have carpentry/remodeling experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
