Job summary
West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Window & Door Installer in the Boston, MA area. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with year‑round, consistent work and full benefits.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in window installation, door installation, carpentry, remodeling, construction, or residential installation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication
Responsibilities
- Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish
- Load your truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job
- Arrive at the customer’s home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally
- Safely remove existing windows and doors while protecting the customer’s home
- Prepare openings for new window and door installations
- Install replacement windows and doors according to company specifications and quality standards
- Complete required carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation, sealing, and finishing work
- Ensure installations are properly sealed, weather-tight, level, square, and secure
- Identify and solve jobsite challenges when existing conditions don’t go exactly according to plan
- Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer’s home with respect
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation
- Complete required paperwork and project closeout
- Return to the warehouse at the end of the day
